In the valley there are volcanoes of Kropotkin and Peretolchin. It is possible to rise by a crater of the last on foot from East side. In the depth of a 40-meter crater there is a small lake. Vulcan Kropotkin is in three kilometers from Peretolchin. It is quite difficult to get on him as it is necessary to overcome deep lava cracks. In the valley the river Zhombolok which is popular with fans of rafting flows. It is possible to reach the Valley of Volcanoes from the settlement of Orlik (Buryatia) where it is possible to leave the car and to move further on foot.
