"Yubileynaya"-one of the most famous hotels in Yaroslavl, who took his place in the floodplain of the river Kotorosl River. The hotel is located in the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the most attractive historical places: Church of the Epiphany in Yaroslavl, Spaso-Preobrazhenskiy monastery and situated on its territory the Yaroslavl historical-architectural museum-reserve. The first hotel took back in 1973, the year after going through several stages since the renovation and innovation, the last of which was completed in the year 2011.
